1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2. Prepare your glaze by adding pineapple and cornstarch in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Stir them constantly until their mixture becomes thick. Next, stir in your spicy custard and marmalade then remove it from heat.
3. Prepare your turkey ham by scoring it and placing in prepared baking dish. Next, glaze the ham with your prepared marmalade. This step lightly covers the exposed sides of the ham.
4. Bake the turkey ham 15 minutes per pound and uncovered. While baking, baste once or twice more using a total of ¼ of the glaze on the turkey ham.
5. Now, place the pineapple chunks in ¼ of marmalade in oven proof dish. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve with ham.
